Call: Good practices on employment for young persons with disabilities

Are you an employer offering inclusive employment for young persons with disabilities finding their way in the world of work?

Or are you maybe involved in an initiative assisting young persons with disabilities in finding employment that matches their talents?

Then we would like to hear from you! You might be named EDF’s Youth Employer of 2019!!!

To apply, please fill the appplication form with information on the practice that you would like to present to haydn.hammersley@edf-feph.org by the 31st of January with the header ‘Good practices in employment for young persons with disabilities’.

Applications will be shortlisted by EDF’s Youth Committee, who will then work alongside EDF’s Executive Committee in selecting the final participants. The following criteria will form the basis of the selection process:

The practice must refer to employment in the open labour market.

The practice should mainly benefit young people (up to 35 years old), although it can of course extend to people for all ages.

The chosen candidates will be invited to join us in Bucharest for our conference on employment that takes place on the 23rd March, with travel and one night’s accommodation included.
